Animal & Design expert Chris Durham, alongside Entertainment & Lifestyles guru Nelson Aspen, demonstrates practical & affordable animal-and-environmentally friendly, sustainable ideas for 21st Century families. Chris’ creative, innovative projects executed with Nelson’s humorous assistance and commentary inspire viewers to try the techniques for themselves. The hosts are joined by a menagerie of domestic & wild animals as well as an assortment of their fab (human!) friends. Even non-pet owners will enjoy this interesting and useful program.

Chris Durham is a well known TV & film actor but his artistic endeavors have led him from very detailed pen and ink paintings to incorporating landscape design and home makeovers on a budget. Since 1998, he has been a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and works closely with New York state and local animal facilities to help injured and orphaned fauna receive care and treatment so that they can be returned to the wild. In 2010, he debuted a radio show, “Creature Comforts,” on WIOX in the heart of the Catskills. See more of him at christopher-durham.com

International television journalist, multiple marathoner and prolific author Nelson Aspen has been interviewing the biggest names in Entertainment for over a decade, also logging thousands of hours in live broadcasts for news and talk programs around the world. As your “One Degree of Separation” from all things Showbiz, Nelson brings his unique, fun loving style and inquisitive nature to everything he tackles…from the Oscars red carpet all the way to the Catskill countryside. Watch some of his work at nelsonaspen.com

Chris & Nelson split their time between Hollywood, New York City and the Catskill Mountains, sharing their lives with four dogs, a guinea pig, two degus, a wild squirrel and one curious chicken named Talullah. And yes, everyone gets along!

Also on board is Emmy winning “Vet to the Stars,” Dr. Jeff Werber, with regular reports from his Century Veterinary Clinic in Los Angeles. Practicing medicine over 20 years, Dr. Jeff offers his vast medical knowledge in addressing frequently asked questions from animal lovers. He also has the distinction of being Lassie’s own vet!

Producer Michael Mathis has won multiple Emmys as an Executive Producer and Writer for broadcasting and special events. An expert in launching joint ventures and helming lucrative creative projects, his resume boasts a wide range of genres, from the annual Boston Pops July 4 Extravaganza to the New York City Marathon.

Another multiple Emmy winner, Paul F. Antonelli, serves as Music Supervisor and scores each episode with just the right touch of fun and flair.
